The Norfolk Shop of Hercules Fence is home to a talented team that keeps the yard organized while producing high-quality gates and fence products.
Leading the shop is Juwan Thomas, an 18-year veteran of Hercules and former Navy gas turbine mechanic. Known for his precise organizational skills, Juwan always knows where every part is. Outside of work, he’s a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan with family in Tennessee.
Dewey Parrish is the shop’s welding expert, making 15 years with Hercules and boasting over 30 years in the fence industry. Dewey’s welding skills allow him to tackle numerous projects each week. He proudly shares a family connection to the inspiration behind John Denver’s “Mountain Mamma.”
The newest member, Andrew Potvin, has been with Hercules for a year and a half after serving four years in the Army. Working alongside Dewey, Andrew ensures every gate receives a clean polished finish and enjoys the hands-on nature of the job.
